Holy Moly Greek Guacamole!

I'm making this today for football food, taken from my father-in-law's amazing kitchen!

GREEK GUACAMOLE

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:2 ripe fresh California avocados, cut in half, seeded, peeled
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup small cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
1/3 cup finely diced hot house cucumber, seeded (do not peel)
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup pitted, chopped Kalamata olives
1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1 teaspoon chopped, fresh marjoram or oregano or half the amount dried

Directions:Coarsely mash avocados in a large bowl. Stir in lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, cheese and herbs. Serve immediately with fried or crisply baked pita chips.

Decorating my house for the holidays and yet STILL find time for thredUp :)

We finally dug out the box of Jacob's baby clothes and after a few years of just not being able to give them up I'm ready to do just that.  There is just too much stuff in my house, and we have a billion pics of him in these clothes to remember them by, err, HIM by ;)
